SOS TNG conversion

I know that the new gentlemen is the more modern SOS but I was wondering if there is any specific mod that eliminates the need for SOS on certain mods, because for certain mods the SOS file is needed as a master so I was wondering if there’s a mod that just adds the esl needed for the mod thinks SOS is present. Thank you
