Monstera mint

One of my local stores has a Monstera Mint. Ive been eyeballing it for about a week now. It’s 29.98, should I buy it? I know they are rare, which is why I’ve been eyeballing it, but everytime I go to grab it I somehow talk myself out of it. My plant app doesn’t pick up the specific variegations, so it just comes up as a Swiss cheese plant, but the tag says Monstera mint… I love monsteras l, just a rough decision as I normally just grab rehab plants!
