Am I overthinking my Hermès SA’s reaction?

I’d love some outside perspective because I think I might be overthinking this.

I’ve been building a relationship with my SA, and he has always been very nice, responsive and never pushy. In last appointment, he mentioned the offer for Picotin and Constance in the future. Since I want my first special reveal moment will be wishlist QB so I kindly decline with reason. I then decided to order a SO watch. He actually suggested I wait until the more stock watch arrived so I could see it before customizing it, but I went ahead with the custom order anyway.

There was also a small perfume-sample situation where he forgot to put the sample in my bag, and I mentioned it afterward nicely via text on the same day. I also asked him some info about watch dial I picked.

Now he hasn’t responded to my recent message, and I’m wondering if he could be annoyed or offended. Maybe he thinks I’m only interested in a Birkin, or that declining the Picotin and then buying a watch was strange?
