Hardship program ending, still have balance

TLDR; life happened and racked up $47k, got on the 12 month financial hardship program last September, balance now down to $16k but obviously still owe. Called through the program support line and was told I am not eligible for any other programs right now and that the program is in fact ending next month. Been making at least the minimum payments of $3,000 every month

Has anyone had luck escalating or getting this extended? Wouldn’t necessarily need an entire another year, but if the program ends and I have the rest of the $16k balance due in 30 days I’m in a pickle.
