Good at-home hair bleach kits? (Europe)

In the past I've used the Manic Panic bleach kit and my hair weirdly loved it. However now it's not available on the appropriate Amazon and it doesn't ship to my country from the website, so I'm looking for alternatives.

Technically even a colour lifter is good, as I don't need to go very light!

Would appreciate if you have experience with bleach, specifically with curly & frizzy prone hair too.
