Serious question: Are Omani girls actually open to marrying non‑Omani men?

I’ve been thinking about this for a long time and I really want honest answers.

I’m not Omani, but I was born and raised here, so I know the culture, the norms and the taboos quite well. I keep hearing different opinions, and it’s confusing.

I understand it depends on many things: her family, her qabila (tribe), their traditions, and how they see marriage with a foreigner. But if we focus on the girl herself, I’m curious:

👉 Is she personally open to marrying a non‑Omani man, regardless of his nationality, if he is strong in deen, educated, successful, respectful and loving?

👉Or do most girls here mainly follow the family’s view, worrying more about “What will my father say? What will my brothers say? What will people say about me?”

I’d really like to hear different perspectives from people who have seen this happen in real life, or experienced it themselves.
