Switching from compound semaglutide to tirzepatide

Hi all. I have been on semaglutide for a year and only lost 8 lbs. Need to loose 35lbs to get to my goal weight and wondering if I should switch to Tirzepatide. The hunger and cravings have been crazy and I am on the highest dose for 3 months now. Really frustrating that the scale is not budging.
