NYC Men — where should I go shop in SOHO for a chic casual garments? Budget and style below

Budget for a shirt or pant: each around $150. I’m mainly looking for pretty nice materials (black wool trousers, great quality jeans, silky lycell casual button down) - think more COS like vibes to suggest me places. Anyone also have a favorite pair of loafers? A lot of them I see are pretty slim looking but I’m looking for something with a nice body and somewhat medium height sole not thin thin
