[Hiring] Remote Speech Data Collection Project – Parents Needed
Hi everyone!
DataForce by TransPerfect is looking for parents or legal guardians in the United States to participate in a fully remote speech data collection project with their children.
The recordings will help improve speech recognition technology used in educational settings, making voice technology work better for students.
Project Details:
- 💵 Compensation: $85 USD upon successful completion and approval
- 🏠 Fully remote – participate from home
- ⏱️ About 60 minutes total
- 📱 Uses an easy-to-use mobile app
- 💳 Payment options include PayPal, Gift Card, Check, or Wire Transfer
Who can participate?
- Parent or legal guardian (18+)
- Child is 5–11 years old
- Child lives in the United States
- Child is a native English or US Spanish speaker
- Access to a smartphone
What will your child do?
The activities are simple and similar to early elementary classroom exercises, such as:
- Naming everyday objects
- Identifying letters, numbers, and colors
- Counting aloud
Parents/guardians complete the consent process and record their child through the mobile app.
