How come Full Force Galesburg isnt available on vinyl or cd anymore T_T

Im gonna be honest; I dont really listen to the mountain goats, but I love Full Force Galesburg so much. Its one of my favorite albums, but I cant find any that arent stupidly expensive cause there are no modern pressings of the album.
