Desperately looking to finish my vivillion badge and need Tundra! - 044920833333

I'm a day one 2016 player from Texas who took an 8 or 9 year break and just started getting back into it last year. And I have loved seeing postcards from other areas of the world and have been trying to finish my collection for the badge (as well as see more places around the world!) and have not been able to find anyone from the Tundra regions.

I understand those areas are not as heavily populated so it's difficult but I was hoping to find even just ONE person from those regions. I live on top of a pokestop so I gift daily!

Just hoping to find Tundra region friends. :)
