SAT exam date help

im from bangladesh. i just finished my hsc exams and took a full length practice test on bluebook without any prior preparations. i got 1040. now should i register for 12 sept SAT or go for 3 oct SAT? is it possible for me to get 1400+ score on the 12th sep one if i try my hardest? or should i just register for 3rd of oct?
