Cat having sneezing fits but no nasal discharge, lethargy, or any other changes.

Hi! I am planing on taking my cat to the vet tomorrow, but I’m wondering what can cause random sneezing (typically many in a row) without signs of any sort of infection such as mucus. They come about every half hour or hour.

I adopted her about a month ago, they think shes 2 years old. She has had an ear infection that we treated with drops from
the vet and then has been fine since now. Sneezing started 2 days ago.
