TW: reccurent miscarriages before 6 weeks

Just found out my husband has 33%dna frag due to varicocele. Wondering if my doctor is going to tel us to go straight to IVF.

If so…. Does IVF work around this? What do I need to advocate for?

Debating between trying naturally, supplements, surgery or IVF but unsure where to start.
