Do you hang out in Manhattan/Brooklyn?

All my friends are in Manhattan/Brooklyn - notably some in Harlem (easy to get to) but the rest towards the Easy Village - and I think that’s okay to get to - but for my friends in BROOKLYN??? Bushwick, BedStuy area?? What a trip… Im the only “person” in my circle that lives in Astoria :/ so my question is do you often venture out to other neighborhoods to hang out or?
