Warning!

I just want to ask does your insurance cover the pipe to your street? My sister’s washer flooded the basement because their huge cedar grew roots into their pipes. A similar thing happened to a friend who is insured for everything but the pipe to her street. $10,000 in excavation costs. That turned out to be the fault of a fiber cable company that pierced her pipe and hopefully she will get her money back from them. What I am saying is please doublecheck your home insurance to make you are covered for this. Tree roots and cable!
