First time doing thigh injection(myself)!

My hands wont stop sweating aarrugh>.< Ive done this a million times now (but on my bfs arm) need some tips and tricks to do this and maybe just moral support. My nurse on the first time said the middle of the thigh but I've always seen other guys aim around the side?😭
