How did you tell your friends/family about your pregnancy?

So it’s getting to the point where I’m avoiding people in fear that they’ll figure it out due to my changing habits and overall appearance/energy change😭. I’m almost ready to tell but not sure how. I told a close friend from my military days and my sister just today. This pregnancy is unexpected for me and my partner. I’m not sure why I’m avoiding the announcement, maybe to avoid judgment? Anyways, I know there’s not a one size fits all. How did you go about telling people?
