Lift Ops jobs that are hiring?

Worked in lift ops last year in UT and have started applying to jobs this year. Primarily looking for CO, MT, or CA. Anyone know of any resorts that are hiring and have employee housing available. Feel like I keep getting ghosted from the ones I apply to.
