Canada Life Stops reimbursing from particular service provider

Has anyone ever received letter from Canada Life that they will no longer reimburse services from a particular service provider.

I just got a letter. I have a years long relationship with this provider and this came as a shock 😳.

I called the service provider, and the receptionist basically said that she didn’t know why, but they are appealing it. I suspect she might know why.

And I reached out to CL to ask them why

This is super frustrating right in the middle of a care plan.
