question about practicum for those with chronic illness

hi all i'm pursuing my msw with the hope to eventually practice therapy. doing online starting in jan. i have a skin condition that can sometimes be mild and fine and other times can be really debilitating. it is possible to get a practicum placement that is flexible about working remote sometimes? i'm also curious for those who's goal was/is to practice therapy in a private practice setting - did you are are you doing your practicum at a PP or at a community mental health center or elsewhere? thanks!
