New to Ogors and Painting

I am not new to Warhammer but I never get past the building and am in a losing battle with the grey. I really loved the new ogors so I bought the army box to get my hands on the Spearhead early and am now in the process of slowly building my big boys, but am daunted by the prospect of painting.

Since the more you know the better, could the folks of the community offer me the benefit of any knowledge and advice on painting ogors generally, and these ogors specifically, as well as any ideas on how I should be painting them (contrast, slapchop ect.) to get the most out of a simpler paintjob.
