Camping pass pickup

Mirage city vendor here. My friend who can’t attend the festival shipped me our camping pass and it has no chance of arriving before the rest of our group leaves tomorrow. We have been trying to contact meadow creek since Saturday to get this switched to will call and haven’t heard a single thing. Does anyone have any experience with this or have a contact with the box office that can maybe help out? I will give you any item from my booth in mirage city if you can assist.
