How to avoid traffic on the GSP?

I'm headed to a concert in Atlantic City on Saturday and I'm trying to figure out what time the beach traffic dies down. I don't need to be there too early, but the earlier the better. Any idea on what time I should aim for to hit less traffic? Would Noon be ok? Coming from NY, so I'll be on the parkway from pretty far North.
