Do bad R9 CRI reds still matter for a SSI 75 light source?

Lighting Question

Hey, let's say I got a LED light with an SSI of 75, TLCI of 98, TM-30 94-104. So all acceptable values. But the R9 value is really bad, only 66. 49 when I turn on Green Magenta correction.

Does that still matter? Would that be a criteria to not use the light when skin tones matter? Or is CRI too outdated as quality criteria?

Thanks.
