1 week on Vyvanse 40mg-Feeling Cloudy.

I’ve been on Adderall for a couple years, tried methylphenidate, different doses etc. Nothing really works for mental clarity or motivation, if it does my body burns through it rapidly and I crash 2 hours later.
Dr started me on Vyvanse 40mg to see if it works better for me. I had a surgery and don’t take any medications after for two weeks, so no adhd meds or caffeine for 2 weeks. I felt pretty good for those 2 weeks.
Started the Vyvanse 6 days ago. I felt good the first day, maybe felt a little the second day, and really can’t feel any effect after 6 days. Now that I’m taking Vyvanse, I feel cloudy, tired, depressed, unmotivated. My wife told me today that I have seemed off the last few days, disconnected etc.
Has anyone else had these negative results from Vyvanse? Is it a dosage amount thing or just not for me?
