Stopped cocaine after 10+ years abuse

I’ve stopped doing coke for about 3weeks now and the past 2 days my nose is running and leaking like it usually would the day after using? Does this happen? Am I overthinking it or have I just fucked up my nose to no repair?

I would go in and out of benders that would last days but would without a doubt do it every weekend all weekend and the past 2 days my nose has been leaking clear every second of the day not stuffy at all just leaky

Anyone know?
