Thinking of buying a skoda octavia rs

Yall think its worth it to buy 200 000km driven skoda octavia rs? Im buying my first car and have 15 000€ budget and I want a good looking car with some power this would be a perfect fit but the 200 000km kinda worries me a little bit. Is it a safe buy if the maintentance history is all good?
