Winter Tires?

Hello all! I'm looking for recommendations on winter tires. My wife and I just bought a 2023 and we love it. We're planning on picking up winter tires early in the season, maybe trying to catch a sale.

We live in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, so winters are long, snowy, and cold. We'll primarily be driving within the city, with the occasional inter-city trip.

This is my first car, and the first EV for either of us, so I have no idea what to look for in winter tires. What should we get? Some things are on sale at Canadian Tire at the moment, and I just have no idea what I'm looking at.
