3.2 cm × 2 cm , ik the size is big , i discovered this lump 2 months ago. Got diagnosed with fibroadenoma today. Breast cancer surgeon said its nothing to be worried about. Gave some vitamins and recommended to eat healthy and maintain healthy lifestyle and see hed in 1 month. I already have high anxiety and now im not able to focus rn. How to calm myself down?
