Emma Frost feels useless this season and I don't get why everyone says she is good

Emma has always been one of my mains but after season 9 she feels so power creeped by other tanks and I don't get why everyone says she is still good, she even has a negative win rate and both of her team ups feel underwhelming compared to the ones of other heroes

I don't know, I find it impossible to win with Emma this season and I just find other tanks like Magneto or Thing more effective

Can someone tell me the secrets of how you are supposed to play Emma this season?? I want to be able to play my mommy
