Need advice for Grade 12 + APs courses

Hey guys

I'm going to grade 11 but I'm fast-tracking and a lot of my classes are grade 12 courses. Does anyone have any advice for sm1 taking AP bio/chem/seminar and adv func+ pre-ap calc?

I've heard that pre-ap calc is a useless AP but an easy 5 but I'm honestly really scared for bio/chem. I'm studying this past summer and taking lessons w a reputable summer school (I don't get the credit - it's just for learning) but I'm earning regular grade 12 bio & chem stuff. But I'm really scared because it's a lot of pressure to do well

I've also heard from a lot of my friends who took AP sem that it's a bit hard because of the time-constrained essay writing and I'm not the fastest writer
