Persistent UTI - opinion?

26F, diagnosed with high blood pressure/ADHD/anxiety/depression. I take Lisinopril 10 mg daily, Vyvanse 40 mg and Adderall 12.5 mg booster (both as needed for work), and Buspirone 15 mg daily.

UTI symptoms began on 8/2, went to urgent care on 8/3 and tested positive for UTI and BV. I started taking Macrobid 100 mg on 8/3 and completed the 5 day prescription on 8/5. When I take antibiotics, I always get a yeast infection so they also prescribed 2 Diflucan tablets. I was also prescribed Metronidazole (7 days, 500 mg) for the BV and took my dose of Diflucan on 8/9, along with starting my Metronidazole. I don't like taking so many meds at once so I wanted to wait to start the Metronidazole until I completed the Macrobid, but maybe that was the wrong thing to do? My UTI symptoms have gotten worse, so I went back to the same urgent care on 8/11 and screened again, I got my results back today and tested positive for UTI and BV still. Now the doctor has prescribed Cipro for 7 days 500 mg.

Biggest questions: are all these medications safe to take? Pharmacist flagged the Diflucan and Cipro as having potential heart issues, which makes me nervous enough as I already have HBP and anxiety and definitely don't need to make anything any worse. I took the Diflucan on Sunday, it's now Wednesday - is that long enough of a gap for them to not interact or should I wait to start my Cipro?

Any tips that I can do myself to help clear up my UTI/BV???

Sincerely, a very anxious girl with burning nether regions who would love to feel better🫶
