Spiro or Accutane

Hey ,

I am a 31 year old female and have been battling acne for the last 11 years. It caused me great amount of stress and anxiety.

I’ve done Accutane twice 1st round was high dose and 2nd was a bit lower. My acne has came back shortly after finishing 2nd round. It was controlled by topicals but I’m on a break now as I damaged my skin barrier.

However I have noticed two/three cysts on my neck and back now so I fear it will come back fully and topicals will be no good soon.

I have tested my hormones and have elavated testosterone and DHEA so it’s definitely hormonal.

I’m just so depressed over it and now I’m thinking what is my best option 3rd round of Accutane or Spiro ?
