How do I identify a good Judo school?

Hey guys, I’m a two stripe blue belt in BJJ and I really want to pick up Judo twice a week in addition to my five BJJ sessions. I think it’ll help my game immensely, but aside from that, Judo is beautiful and I like it more than wrestling. In Germany, where I live, Judo mostly is taught at public sports non profits. They focus basically only on the new school olympic Judo. I’m searching more for the old school, holistic Judo. However, I also want lots of sparring. How does one find and identify such a school?
