I need my pixels, please.

My phone screen is standard size, so, small.

I need every pixel it has. I use Minimal Theme with his plugins, and even use this css snippet:

but even so, the headings start 0.5 cm from the screen edge and the text of the first level of a list starts one full cm from the edge.

It's absurd.

Do you know how I can reclaim my pixels?
