Returning player with questions

Hi all, I’m a returning player who took a break at the end of Natlan. It seems like the meta has changed drastically and I have a few questions about team comps and characters:

1. Lunar teams seem to be quite good. With Columbina Ineffa core for lunar charge, is electro charge even more dead? Is lunar bloom better than hyperbloom/burgeon?
2. Stellar teams seem fun, I like to play Wriothesley and Sandrone seems cool. Does Yae and Qiqi actually have synergy or are they just the best currently available stellar reaction characters until Odette and the rest of Snezhnaya’s cast releases? Stellar swirl doesn’t seem to be relevant yet but hoyo will prob release new characters for that reaction
3. Hexerei was a good buff to old Mondstadt characters. Nicole and Durin seem like a very good double pyro Hexerei core, are they the new Benny Xiangling pyro core? Fischl seems to still be top tier and Lohen seems cool but doesn’t seem that popular?
4. Will Liyue get a similar buff like hexerei? Sincerely a Keqing main (and Hu Tao, or Ganyu)
5. How are the Natlanese night soul characters holding up? Is Mavuika still broken?
6. Any new notable 4* viable characters I should look into? (like Chevreuse, Iansan, etc)
7. Are freeze teams dead?
