students who haven’t received their package update

i was one of the students that did not have the disenrollment hold so she requested for me to have it so even if i don’t get my fafsa package before school starts, i will still get to be enrolled in my classes. you also have to call to get yourself on the list for the disenrollment hold if you do not have it
i was also enrolled in the payment plan which makes my first payment due august 14th, she told me i do not have to pay it and do not worry about it until my fafsa package arrives.
she said i should be receiving my package within the next couple days. i asked if we are guaranteed to receive our package before the semester starts, unfortunately she said no, she cannot guarantee the package arriving before school begins. however, as long as you have the disenrollment hold you will still get to stay in your classes. she said the package will arrive within 1-2 weeks the LATEST.
