Leontus or Yarrick? Which old man should lead

We'll be playing a casual 1k game and I'm running Guard for the first time into Necron Destroyers. I'm trying out my units hence the mix of basic troops, elites, a tank and artillery. This is my list below, which would be best to add? Lord Solar Leontus or Commissar Yarrick? And attached to what? Other adjustments or advice appreciated.
