When did you guys know it was time to hire someone?

I’m curious how other business owners figured this out.

Did you wait until you had way too much on your plate, or did you hire someone once there was enough consistent work to justify it?

I feel like there’s a weird point where you know you need help, but you also don’t want to hire someone just because you’re having a really busy month.
