5 days post vancomycin for c diff

Yesterday and this morning I drank theraflu because I’m having severe dry throat and mucus , my poop started out solid and all days it’s been diarrhea , bright green and with mucus and a smell, I’m afraid the c diff has came back 😭 anybody else drank cough syrup and there symptoms came back? Could it possible just post ibs ? I’m scared it’s not just Ibs, I was also at the hospital yesterday for hours
