Girlfriend broke up with me via ghosting and blocking with no prior indication or word, just vanished from my life.

I'm.. not okay. A little over 24 hours ago, my girlfriend, completely removed me from all socials and communication methods and blocked me without a word, after saying she was going to walk her dogs and she would be back in a bit to talk to me before I left the house to watch a movie. That was the last I heard of her. There was no fight, no build up, no warning signs, red flags, times of doubt, nothing. She wasn't short with me, uninterested, anything of the sort. She was her regular self, telling me she would be back soon and that she loved me and gave me a little kiss. And that was the last I heard from her. She has since shot down and blocked any attempt at communication ive made, including 1 alt account and asking a friend to message her for me. So ive stopped trying. But this doesnt sit right with me. Obviously she had stuff going on I must of been oblivious to, but there were no signs, not even in hindsight looking back as objectively as I can. Im destroyed.
