Maternity Photo Shoot

Not necessarily a "buying for baby" post but... I had a maternity photoshoot not too long ago, and the photographer sent me a link that expired in less than a month. I left downloading the photos for the last few days, but when I came back to the link, it was expired.

I reached out to the photographer to ask if they could regenerate the link, but they said that it actually expired before the number of days previously mentioned, and that they cannot help if it's been more than the specific timeline.

I went ahead and asked customer support if they could help with this situation, and they mentioned that it's possible to regenerate the link, but the photographer will have to do it.

I reached out again to the photographer, but I'm being ghosted, and they aren't reaching out to customer support for help.

Am I wrong for asking for the link again? Also, what would you do in this situation?
