How do you break into consulting?

3 years experience across FTSE10, public sector, and 2 years in scale ups. Privacy and AI operations are my bread and butter but also experienced in engineering.

I get bored quickly of jobs and can see myself in client facing consulting roles. The issue is that it seems hard to break in when you're not joining as a fresh faced grad.

Has anyone made the jump - how?
