Why is Crystal Grace so trash?

I got this relic day 1 and it has given me a grand total of 5.4m runecrafting XP so far. That is with abyss access, so I constantly had the best altars for my level as well. The rate at which you get Crystal Essence is obscenely low. The rate as described on the relic, in-game, is a complete lie.

Meanwhile Golden Touch, a T1 relic, gives 200m agility xp passively in roughly that same time, to the point that it spams the chat with how many people get it. How is it reasonable that a T4 relic is so much worse?

And that is not even to mention that some things on this relic don't even work. The additional XP you're supposed to get from burying/offering bones is entirely non-existent. The supposed passive 200% multiply glyhps for necro rituals do not work at all. The 50% chance to get Crystal Essence when gaining XP is a complete and utter lie.

The Crystal Essence rate really needs to be buffed, and the bugs need to be fixed ASAP. As it stands anyone with Crystal Grace basically doesn't have a relic. It's a complete scam.
