I’ve seen many talking about the downvotes that recently happened in FictoChill… from what I can gather, pretty much every single post was downvoted, so it’s not a you problem or anything. There’s probably a random dumbass, a jobless fictophobe, lurking here who downvotes everything they see. That’s really pathetic of them to do so, especially when our love for our f/os is much stronger than anything!💜💜

I just wish that, as mods, we could be able to see who downvoted the posts/comments, or who’s lurking in our sub, in order to ban the potential fictophobes that are shitting on us for no reason…😔

Let’s not let the downvotes get to us, guys. You are all valid here, no matter what’s your sharing status, your identity, or if you’re semi-Ficto… YOU ARE ALL VALID AND ALL WELCOME TO POST HOW MUCH YOU WANT!💜💜💜

I personally love reading your gushes, seeing your artworks, participating in your prompts, etc. Whoever downvotes need to learn how to block users they don’t like or mute the sub as a whole… especially when it takes 5 seconds to do so!💜

I know it sucks to get downvoted (as someone who also got downvoted often), but know that those downvotes are not valid. They never will be. The best we can do is to ignore them and focus on what matters more: the wonderful relationships we have with our lovely f/os!💜💜💜💜

Ignore the downvotes, guys, and let’s continue loving our partners! (Positivity post)💕
