husband continues to cheat

context my husband and i are both 21 with a 1 year old and i’m 3 months pregnant.
we’ve had a very crazy and fast relationship as we’ve known each other for years, were in a situationship type thing for over a year when we then found out we were first having a baby which he then left for navy bootcamp and we were long distance my whole pregnancy. Once we were finally together, we got married and have since lived together away from family. beginning of this year i had suspicions he was doing something especially because he never let me on his phone so one night i got it myself and saw it all. messaging multiple girls, mentioning trying to link with them, sending one flowers, etc including viewing porn, all this happening from the very beginning, throughout my pregnancy, before and after we got married, even while living and sleeping right next to eachother every night. I went off on him that very morning and just hopped we could figure things out. over the past couple months i go on his phone and have found him viewing porn and still messaging some girls. I’m at a point where I just don’t know what to do. It’s easier said than done and just leaving but i’m a sahm mom with no money to even support my baby right now let alone another in a couple months, and if I am to go home and stay there for even a little, my family would become suspicious to our situation and it’s not something i want talked about. I really don’t know what kinds of advice i’m seeking because I don’t even know what to do anymore but if anyone has been in similar situations can you please let me know what you did?
