Should I hire freelancers?

Hey guys,

I run a gifting company. It's an amazing business however our bulk orders usually have a very small lead time. Due to this I have get help from friends and family when it comes and packing. We have had orders for over 100 pcs in a short period time. It's physically getting hard for me to manage the demand. What would you do in my case? Should I hire someone? If yes, where do I look for people who can freelance during orders. I don't need someone permanently. Could you pls recommend and give me suggestions?
