Need or want

When i was pregnant, i have never had any photoshoot or any decent photog or even the 4D ultrasound—even though i would really loved to, im sure that’s all a first time mom would want! When I had the baby, we never had any monthly mini celeb for him/for us rather. Even milestone celebs—we clap and smile and hug him if we see our baby do them! My husband isnt really the type to spend on extra things, i do felt same way but i mean if we have the mean—then i’d grab it. Most of his things are from marketplace, and i am not shy about that coz they grew up so fast! Other stuffs such as sterilizer etc, of course was bought brandnew. Now his bday is approaching—and Im expecting, kinda, that maybe this time atleast we’d be able to go extra mile—ATLEAST 🥹 uhhh im already so emotional. I wanted to give him a proper decent 1st birthday. I dont plan to do it every year—1st birthday is also my birthday as a mom so i wanted to go extra this special time. I told my husband about it, and he said that after applying for PR (i recently applied and it was 1600 something 🥲) then we’d only have budget for food and the hall. I’ve already ditch the photobooth, and a good backdrop (i decided to just DIY), also for the desserts—i will bake them myself. We try to sneak in few ingredients one at a time every grocery run so it wouldnt feel too expensive. I tried looking for anything thats cheap for rent in marketplace for backdrops, still expensive so i just decided we could DIY.
I dont really know how low i could get to be posting here for a donation but…i just wanted to give him something proper thats for a baby🥺
