2004 ram 4.7l red light shaking and humming on interstate above 50 mph.

I have replaced both u joints, all bearings, all suspension components, alignment and balance, rear wheel shafts, had the differential checked to see if it was worn, all lugnuts torque. Not sure what's causing the humming and light shake.
